L'ancien chef de l'État bissau-guinéen Umaro Sissoco Embaló, renversé par un coup d'État militaire en novembre dernier alors qu'il se trouvait en exil, a officialisé son intention de regagner Bissau pour se porter candidat au scrutin présidentiel fixé au 6 décembre.
